Question: Which 10 states have rural graduation rates above 85%?

Answer: Nevada has the highest rural graduation rate at 102.3%, which also reflects the state’s high rural mobility rate (students moving into rural districts and graduating). Nebraska is second with a 93.9% graduation rate and is followed by Connecticut (93.8%), New Jersey (93.3%), Iowa (89.5%), Illinois (88.6%), Ohio (87.2%), Pennsylvania (85.8%), South Dakota (85.4%), and Utah (85.0%).
